Timber Timbre is a Canadian music group, featuring Taylor Kirk, Simon Trottier, Mathieu Charbonneau and Mark Wheaton. The moniker refers to an early series of recordings made in a timber-framed cabin set in the wooded outskirts of Bobcaygeon, Ontario.
Timber Timbre released two albums independently before releasing their self-titled album on Out of This Spark in January 2009. They were subsequently signed to Arts & Crafts, who re-released the album on June 30 in Canada and July 28 internationally.

[Intro] Dm C Am
[Verse] Dm C Am If I could I would turn Back into dust Dm C Am You would look so good to me I could almost taste it Dm C Am One moment I'm a king The next minute nothing Dm C Am I just wanted to feel alright But it's not that simple
[Chorus] Dm C Am Dm C Am I get low, low, low, low, low, low On my own Dm C Am Dm C Am I get low, low, low, low, low, low On my own
[Verse] Dm C Am In the palm of my hand An empire summoned Dm C Am And as it was born, All the substance crumbled Dm C Am It was a vain attempt, At the meaning of life Dm C Am And I should have better ways, Of spending my time Dm C Am Like climb the mountain, Like sail the sea Dm C Am Like build my house up, Or start my family Dm C Am It's time to get out, It's time to make a living Dm C Am I reach the summit, But I come tumbling back down
[Chorus] Dm C Am Dm C Am I get low, low, low, low, low, low On my own Dm C Am Dm C Am I get low, low, low, low, low, low On my own Dm C Am Dm C Am I get low, low, low, low, low, low On my own Dm C Am Dm C Am I get low, low, low, low, low, low On my own
