Biografía:
Julie Fowlis (nascido em 1979) é uma cantora folk escocesa e multi-instrumentista que canta principalmente em gaélico escocês.
Fowlis cresceu em North Uist, uma pequena ilha no Hebrides exterior, em uma comunidade de língua Gaelic, e foi envolvido em cantar, tubulação e dançar desde que ela era uma criança.
Ela é um membro do sexteto escocês, Dòchas, que foram votados os vencedores do prémio de Melhor Revelação no Trad escocês Music Awards em 2004, onde Fowlis ela foi nomeada para o prémio melhor cantor irlandês.
