Based off the accoustic studio version : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jRzoMgJl4cM
It's always the same chords :
The easy one is with a capo on the 1st fret
The Hard one is with barre chord on the 6th and 4th fret
I think a mix of the 2 way is great. The barre chords give more depth
Capo 1st fret
Their is 2 arpeggio. One in the biginning, and 1 for de chord-ish rythm part
The first one :
You do 1 base (B or D) (it's up to you) then 1 alternely high note.
You notice at the end of this appergio you finish on the D string so as to repeat the note
on the D string.
(exemple with Am7)

e|--------3------3-----|
B|----1-------1------1-|
G|---------------------|
D|------2---2------2---|
A|--0----------0-------|
E|---------------------|

The Second one :
Their is less of arppegio, more a feeling of simple chord. You play all the base , but you don't
play the high note on the G quite often. Let your fingers ride
