Donald Jay Fagen (Nacido el 10 de enero de, 1948 en Passaic, New Jersey) Músico y compositor americano. Más conocido como volcalista principal de la banda de rock Steely Dan, junto con walter Becker, bajista y más adelante guitarra. Fagen es también compositor, co-fundador, además de tocar teclados y melódica.
Fagen y Becker también tocaron en el instituto con el famoso actor y comediante Chevi Chase en una banda llamada The Leather Canary,
