Biografía:
Harper conoció al guitarrista Jason Mozersky a finales de los noventa, cuando el que por entonces era el cantante del grupo de Mozersky, WAN SANTO CONDO, trabajaba como conductor de furgoneta llevando bandas de acá para allá entre sala y sala para un promotor de Texas. (Los tres miembros de los 7 todos vienen de Texas) El conductor a tiempo parcial y músico a tiempo parcial asumió el riesgo que todos los artistas tienen que asumir en algún momento de sus vidas para poder alcanzar el éxito.
