AEmGA Hey baby, let's jump in your truck AEmGA We'll ride and watch for lightnin' bugs AEmGA We'll ride with the windows let down AEmG There's nowhere else I'd rather be right now
Chorus A 'Cause there ain't nothin' like the sound DGD Of a cooler slushin' on the bed of your truck AD And ain't nothin' like the sound of real country music GA C'mon, turn it up AD And I love to hear the whippoorwill singin' all night GD And the crickets out in the woods ADG Ooh, don't it feel so right AD Don't it sound so good
ADGD
AEmGA We'll stop on a ol' dirt road bridge AEmG Do you remember when we painted our names on it AEmGA And we'll listen to the creek as it runs AEmG And we'll count the stars every single one
A 'Cause there ain't nothin' like the sound DGD Of a cooler slushin' on the bed of your truck AD And ain't nothin' like the sound of real country music GA C'mon, turn it up AD And I love to hear the whippoorwill singin' all night GD And the crickets out in the woods ADG Ooh, don't it feel so right AD Don't it sound so good
