Biografía:
Alex Chilton, (28 de diciembre de 1950 - 17 de marzo de 2010), fue el cantante y guitarrista del grupo Box Tops y después de los reconocidos Big Star, además de mantener una larga carrera en solitario, que combina con colaboraciones, con otros artistas, como el caso de los Panther Burns de Tav Falco, o el disco "Cubist Blues", con Ben Vaughn y Alan Vega.
Es un icono de la serie B del Rock & Roll. The Replacemants titularon una canción con su nombre y multitud de grupos buscan el sonido de Big Star en sus discos.
