Kelly Michelle Lee Osbourne (Londres, Inglaterra; 27 de octubre de 1984) es una actriz, cantante y diseñadora de moda inglesa. Kelly conoció la fama en el reality show de MTV The Osbournes, un programa basado en su famosa familia y en su padre, Ozzy Osbourne.
Kelly es la hija del legendario rockero Ozzy Osbourne y su esposa Sharon Osbourne.
Su álbum debut Shut Up! fue lanzado en el 2002 con ventas moderadas, incluyendo un cover de la canción de Madonna Papa Don't Preach.
