Karen Lee Orzolek,mejor conocida como Karen O, es una vocalista y líder de el grupo Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Nacio el 22 de noviembre de 1978, en Corea del sur.
Karen O, nace de una madre coreana y de un padre polaco en Corea del Sur. Se mudó a Estados Unidos, donde creció en Englewood, New Jersey. Asistió a la Universidad de Oberlin, pero se transfirió a la Universidad de Nueva York donde estudiaba Artes. Actualmente vive en Los Ángeles.
