Jeffry Hyman, más conocido como Joey Ramone, (* 19 de mayo de 1951, Nueva York- † 15 de abril de 2001, Nueva York), fue un músico norteamericano, fundador y vocalista de The Ramones desde su formación en 1974 hasta su disolución en 1996.
Apesar de ser el mas timido entre los demas Ramones,era el mas sobresaliente, se transformaba en el escenario.
Estaba en una banda anterior antes de entrar con los Ramones, era el solista pero como no era "lindo" lo sacaron de la banda. Estudio en una escuela catolica.
