Gran voz americana, nace el 1 de junio de 1981, en Rivensdale, Washington. Cantante y compositora, considerada una interprete muy original, su género es un sincretismo absoluto entre el pop, rock, country alternativo, llegando a fundir todos estos mencionados y surgiendo de ahí un estilo muy propio y original. Su inicio un tanto improvisado se da a los 8 años, cuando impulsada por su madre sube al escenario "The Northwest's version of the Grand Ole Opry" donde interpretó la canción “Tennessee Flat-Top Box” versión de Rosanne Cash.
