Atlas Losing Grip empezó a tocar a principios del 2005 con la intención de tocar un Punkrock melódico honesto y personal, con letras politicas y emotivas. La sinceridad en la escena del Punkrock melódico parece haber desaparecido y son pocos los grupos que siguen fieles a sus raices.
