Nacido el 9 de febrero de 1963 en Marietta, Georgia, EE.UU., Travis Tritt fue una de las superestrellas del country de principios de los 90. A diferencia de sus contemporáneos, estrellas como Garth Brooks, Clint Black y Alan Jackson, Tritt mantuvo una imagen más dura y un sonido más blues. Firmó con la dividisón en Nashville de Warner Brothers y editó su LP de debut, “Country Club”, en 1989, llegó al Top Ten con la pista del título. Consiguió varios platino con su segundo LP titulado “It’s All About to Change”.
