Had to tab this out for personal use, and found out that the chords are actually
very simple. Apply rhythm as
necessary. The whole thing is basically play C#m six beats, play D two beats,
play C#m six beats, play E two
beats, play A six beats, play E two beats, play A six beats, play D two beats,
repeat. It changes a bit at the end
to just repeat play A six beats, play E two beats until the end. And that's it!
