Biografía:
The Mayfield Four se formó a mediados de 1996 en Spokane, Washington por cuatro amigos de la infancia que compartían un mutuo amor por la música
Myles Kennedy ( vocalista, guitarra solista ),
Craig Johnson ( guitarra ritmica ),
Marty Meisner ( bajo), y
Zia Uddin ( bateria ). . Durante el otoño de 1996, la banda grabó un demo titulado Thirty Two Point Five Hours que rápidamente llamó la atención de numerosos profesionales de la industria de la música fichando finalmente por epic records.
