The Hollies son una banda de pop británica formada a inicios de 1960. Están comúnmente asociados a la ciudad de Manchester en donde tuvieron sus orígenes.
El quinteto fue influenciado fuertemente por The Everly Brothers y es bien sabido que la tercera parte de sus armonías rivalizan con aquellas de The Beach Boys, las guitarras melodiosas, las melodías contagiosas, el ritmo un tanto jazzístico, y una imagen limpia-escandalosa. Fueron llamados los "Everly Brothers Britanicos".
