Biografía:
The Ark es una banda sueca de rock formada en el año 1991 en las cercanías de la ciudad de Växjö, Suecia.
Sus integrantes originales fueron Ola Salo, Mikael Jepson, Lasse "Leari" Ljungberg y Martin Ollson. La primera canción que se conoce de ellos se titula The lamb y se remonta al año 1991. En los primeros años de existencia de la banda el baterista Martin Olsson fue reemplazado por Martin Rosengardten. Recién entre 1995 y 1996 logran editar un EP que contenía cuatro canciones.
