Biografía:
Taste fue un grupo musical irlandés formado a finales de la década de 1960 por Rory Gallagher. El grupo mantuvo el formato de power trio hasta 1970, en que se disolvieron por diferencias entre Gallagher y los otros dos músicos. Tocaron blues, rhythm and blues y rock por los que Rory sentía verdadera obsesión.
Historia:
En 1966 Rory Gallagher abandonó Fontana Show Band (luego The Impact), la orquesta en la que venía tocando desde 1964, con la decisión de formar su propio grupo.
