Silverstein es una banda de post-hardcore procedente de Burlington, Ontario, Canadá, formada en el año 2000, está compuesta por Shane Told (voces, teclados), Paul Marc Rousseau (guitarra), Josh Bradford (guitarra), Billy Hamilton (bajo) y Paul Koehler (batería). Su nombre corresponde al autor de literatura infantil Shel Silverstein.
En 2002 Silverstein firma con Victory Records y lanza el álbum When Broken Is Easily Fixed. Fue grabado en los estudios Unity Gain y Mount Studios
