Sixto Díaz Rodríguez, más conocido como Rodríguez (Detroit, Míchigan, 10 de julio de 1942) es un músico y compositor estadounidense. Sus padres, inmigrantes mexicanos de clase media que arribaron a Estados Unidos en los años 20, lo llamaron Sixto por tratarse del sexto hijo en la familia.
En muchas de sus canciones Rodríguez habla de las crueldades que enfrentan los sectores sociales más pobres y marginados de las grandes urbes.
En 1967 (bajo el nombre Rod Riguez) lanzó el sencillo I'll Slip Away a través del pequeño sello Impact.
