Biografía:
Pretty Maids fue fundada en 1981 por el guitarrista Ken Hammer, junto al vocalista Ronnie Atkins, Pete Collins a la guitarra, John Darrow como bajista, Alan Owen a los teclados y Phil Moorhead a la batería. En 1983 graban un EP con el productor Tommy Hansen en Jailhouse Studios.
Más tarde, Collins y Darrow fueron sustituídos por Rick Hanson y Allan Delong.
En 1984 graban "Red Hot and Heavy" de nuevo con Tommy Hansen.
En 1987 vuelven al trabajo
