Es un compositor y cantante cristiano norteamericano, Pastor y líder de alabanza. Nacido el 4 de Junio de 1962, en Maple Shade Township, New Jersey, USA. Es actualmente Pastor de Adoración en la Comunidad Cristiana de Becarios en Lindale, Texas. Casado con Rita Baloche quien también es compositora. Ha sido influencia sobre la música de muchos cantantes cristianos actuales. Su discografía es : He is Faithful (1992), First Love (1998), Open the Eyes of My Heart (2000)
