Banda de Rock alternativo originaria de Sacramento, California, compuesta por el cantante y guitarrista Thomas Flowers, el guitarrista guitarist Ric Ivanisevich, el bajista Doug Eldridge y el baterista Fred Nelson Jr. El nombre de la banda es en honor a las venenosas flores salvajes que crecen por la región del norte de California. El grupo debutó en 1996 con su EP homónimo. Lo siguió el álbum Shrinking the Blob a mediados de1997 grabado íntegramente en el sello Fine Label, del cual destacó el hit local "Down When I'm Loaded.
