Biografía:
Minor Threat fue una banda estadounidense de hardcore punk. La banda estuvo activa desde 1980 hasta 1983, siempre dentro de la, entonces, activa escena hardcore de Washington DC, EE.UU., denominada posteriormente DC Hardcore.
Su estilo se caracterizó por canciones con mensajes directos en sus letras que eran ejecutadas muy rápidamente, algunas veces en menos de un minuto. Poco a poco fueron alargando el tempo y dotando a éstas de una mayor complejidad compositiva.
