Meredith Ann Brooks (Oregon, E.E.U.U. 1958 - ?) es una cantautora estadounidense y guitarrista. En la época del éxito de Alanis Morissette en el '95, Brooks firma con Capitol Records. Tenía como 37 años cuando ganó éxito con su canción Bitch en 1997, la cual generó una nominación para el Grammy mejor intérprete de rock femenino.
