Marshall Crenshaw (11 de novembro de 1953) é um cantor, compositor e guitarrista estadunidense. Nascido em Detroit, Michigan, ele cresceu no subúrbio de Berkley.
Crenshaw começou a tocar aos 10 anos. Ele liderou a banda Astigafa de 1968 a 1973 (o nome da banda é um acrônimo de "A splendid time is guaranteed for all", frase da música "Being For The Benefit of Mr. Kite" do álbum Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band, dos Beatles).
