Little Feat, banda norteamericana, formada a principios de los 70 en Los Angeles Ca, por el compositor, cantante y guitar-hero Lowell George y el teclista Bill Payne. George provenía de los Mothers of Invention de F.Zappa pero su versatilidad y buen hacer le llevan a seguir camino por su cuenta.Sus primeros 2 albumes Little Feat y Sailing shoes contienen dos versiones distintas de su gran éxito Willin´que les llevó a la fama. Su tercer album es Dixie Chicken 1973, que contiene otro de sus grandes éxitos y da título al album.
