Biografía:
Nacida en Israel, se crió en los Países Bajos hasta los 11 años, cuando su familia se instaló en Francia. Conserva la nacionalidad holandesa. Su padre desciende de judíos rusos y su madre es originaria de los Países Bajos.
Ha grabado dos primeros álbumes enteramente en francés, el tercero en inglés y el cuarto en ambos idiomas.
Su primero grupo, KAB (Keren Ann Band), duró tres años. En 1997, escribió la canción Father para la película K de Alexandre Arcady, en la que también tuvo una pequeña participación.
