Biografía:
Kamelot surge como grupo en Tampa, Miami en 1991. Formado por el guitarrista Thomas Youngblood y el baterista Richard Warner. Para completar la formación eligen al bajista Sean Tibbets, que sería sustituido después por Glen Barry, el cantante Mark Vanderbilt y el tecladista David Pavlicko. En 1994 firman un contrato con Noise Records y editan los albumes Eternity seguido de Dominion.
Tras la marcha de Mark Vanderbilt y Richard Warner, entran a formar parte de la banda el ex vocalista de Conception, Roy Khan, y Casey Grillo a la batería.
