“Musicalmente tenía las ideas muy claras. Sólo fue cuestión de buscar gente adecuada para llevarlas a cabo. Al principio se trató de continuar con el material con el que había estado trabajando con Yardbirds. La cuestión era incorporar todo eso al sonido acústico y al blues”.(sobre New Yarbirds)
