Biografía:
Ian Campbell nació el 22-03-1965 en Nottingham, al este de Inglaterra. Sus padres son de Jamaica. Ian creció en una zona de Nottingham llamada Hyson Green. Cuando estaba en el instituto sus iniciales IC rápidamente le dieron el apodo de ICE (Mas tarde interpretado como Ian Campbell Esquire). Tras dejar la escuela el anduvo por Nottingham unos cuantos años hasta que en 1983 se unio a un grupo de breakdancers y comenzó un tour por europa con ellos.
