FGCC7 I see the night that she's alone FGC I keep thinking back to home. FGE7Am I've got that feeling I know that it shows FGC I missed my sweet desert rose. FGCC7 Shines like the stars in the sky FGC A breath of life in a well gone dry. FGE7Am She picks me up when I feel it so low. FGC She's my sweet desert rose. FGC Ain't no money in our home town FCG And the mills have all shut down. FGE7Am They say there's work but it's always the next town. FGC Will you still love me when I'm gone. FGC Will you still love me when I'm gone FGC Though the empty nights and the days so long. FGE7Am I'm not the same and I guess that it shows FGC I missed my sweet desert rose.
