Rags Cast

Rags follows the story of Charlie Prince, his greedy, unloving stepfather (Arthur), spoiled stepbrothers (Andrew and Lloyd) and Kadee, a superstar with a simple-mis the music mogul father, Reginald Worth. Rags begins with Drake Bell's/Shawn's narration of the story. Then Charlie is seen performing for money on the street, where Shawn appears to "listen to his dream," and tells him he should be on an album. The next scene shows Kadee performing. Kadee is secretly frustrated with singing songs other people chose for her.
