Luonteri Surf's career began at the 80's in Finnish town called Juva which is in Savo region. They describe their music as SavoRamoSurfPunkPop. Most of the band members are farmers. They are friends with bands called Ne Luumäet and Pojat who are the most importaint Ramones styled punk bands in Finland.
