Alejandro De Silvestre (keyboard player for Suéter) and Alejandro Lacasa (guitar player for Sissí) had been jamming together throughout the early 1980s in Buenos Aires. First they played together in a band called Smoking and then in Sissi.
Around early 1986 they were already rehearsing as "La KGB" y released their first record in October 1987
