Coasts

Coasts formed in 2011 after meeting at university in Bath and relocating to Bristol. The band says their sound incorporates, ‘tribal drums, tropical strings, thundered keys, and lost cries.’ Citing influence from Foals, Future Islands and The Cure, their indie pop sound could get lost within the showers of the British summer, but catchy percussion and strong vocals, make for a ‘tropical indie’, energetic, fresh sound, along with plenty of charisma.
