Ana Pupedan

The name Ana Pupedan means “one in the afternoon” in a local dialect of the Slovene language but some might think that it's the first and last name of a girl. The band was established at the end of 1992 in Pivka, Slovenia.

After a year of playing, they performed at the festival of new breakthrough bands in Slovenia called Novi Rock (New Rock). Their appearance at this festival caused them to become one of the most interesting and desirable rock bands in Slovenia.
