Coldplay is a British alternative rock band formed in London in 1996. The band's singer/pianist Chris Martin, guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman and drummer Will Champion, met at University College London and came together from 1996 to 1998. During these two years, the band changed names from Pectoralz to Starfish and, finally, to Coldplay. Creative director and former manager Phil Harvey is often referred to as the fifth member by the band.
Four years of hard work! This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!
This isn't really a guitar song, but this is a good guide to what the piano is playing.
Chords defined: Low to high B7: x2120x Em: 022000 Am6: x32210 this could be called Am/C as well G: 320033 or 355433 (I think the latter, the bar chord, sounds better - relative to capo) D6: xx0432 D: xx0232

4. The Scientist
an incredibly simple but fantastic song to play on an acoustic guitar!
there seems to be a lot of confusion about the key of the song. it does state below that a capo is required but for those that don't have a capo i have taken the liberty of putting a set of chords on which do not require a capo and will allow you to play along with the cd.

11. Amsterdam
Capo 1st fret
This is sorta a little "rendition" of the piano intro, listen to the song to get the timing right...
