Christopher Anton Rea (born 4 March 1951) is an English rock and blues singer-songwriter and guitarist. Born and raised in Middlesbrough, he is of Italian and Irish descent. He is known for his distinctive, husky singing and slide guitar playing, with the Guinness Rockopedia describing him as a "gravel-voiced guitar stalwart". After learning to play the guitar relatively late, a short burst of local band activity led to his launching a solo career in 1978.

Chris Rea - Nothing to fear Tabber:szekelymihai e-mail:[email protected]
Simple song, yet beautiful and relaxing. Makes me feel really weird.
Intro: Improvisation in E (major) Right before the lyrics start play E-G#
Am I feel your heat in dusty whispers F The wind is cold around your moon DmEm It's getting hard to keep our distance Am I know your time is coming soon Am Don't point your dream on my horizon F Don't take your rose too far from home DmEm Please don't forget we're not each other Am Each soul has black thorns of his own
G I see you dancing
Your song is clear GG# You've got to show me, got to show me Am There's nothing to fear F Nothing to fear DmEmAm
Am I have my loved ones you have yours F So let us gaze upon the feast DmEm In God's own name let's eat together Am In God's own name please come in peace Am See how our children play together F While you and me we stand alone DmEm I know we'll never be each other Am If I leave you leave me alone
G I see you dancing
Your song is clear GG# You've got to show me, got to show me Am There's nothing to fear F Nothing to fear DmEmAm
Then again solo in E, then outro in verse chords.
Use the G as xx9787 , maybe then you can figure out the licks he does between the lyrics.
