All Time Low is an American pop punk band formed in Baltimore, Maryland, United States in 2003. When Alex Gaskarth (lead vocals, rhythm guitar, keyboards) was in middle school, he was moved from private school to public school, where he met Jack Barakat (lead guitar, backing vocals), and put the band together; later recruiting Rian Dawson (drums, percussion), and Zack Merrick (bass guitar, backing vocals). The band's name came from a line in the New Found Glory song Head On Collision.

Fingerprints sell me out G But our footprints washed away
From the docks downtown
It's been getting late for days D And I feel myself deserving of a little time off
We can kick it, hang for hours G And just mouth off about the world
And how we know it's going straight to hell Bm Pass me another bottle, honey
The Jaeger's so sweet G But if it keeps you around, then I'm down
[Chorus]
D Meet me on Thames Street
I'll take you out G Though I'm hardly worth your time ABm In the cold, you look so fierce G But I'm warming up
Because the tension's like a fire D We'll hit South Broadway in a matter of minutes G And like a bad movie, I'll drop a line ABm Fall in the grave I've been digging myself G But there's room for two
Six feet under the stars
[Verse 2] (play riff first)
D I should have known better than to call you out G (On a night like this, a night like this) D If not for you, I know I'd tear this place to the ground G (But I'm all right like this, all right like this) Bm I'm gonna roll the dice AG Before you sober up and get gone
I'm always in over my head
[Bridge]
Bm Time to lay claim to the evidence G Fingerprints sell me out D But our footprints washed away A I'm guilty, but I'm safe for one more day Bm Overdressed and underage G Do you really need see an ID? D This is embarrassing as hell A But I can cover for it so well D When we're six feet under the stars
[Outro]
D Thames Street
I'll take you out G Though I'm hardly worth your time ABm In the cold you look so fierce G But I'm warming up
Because the tension's like a fire D We'll hit South Broadway in a matter of minutes G And like a bad movie, I'll drop a line ABm Fall in the grave I've been digging myself G But there's room for two DG Six feet under the stars ABmG GAD Six feet under the stars
