[Verse 1] AD This old bar stool's feelin' higher as I started sinkin' lower AE The minute that she waltzed right through that door AD Not long ago I held her, like a fool I went and left her AEA Now she's with somebody new out on that floor
[Chorus] AD And she's got the rhythm and I got the blues AE And she's showin' me how much I had to lose ADE With her every little move she's telling me I'm over you AEA She's got the rhythm and I got the blues
Yeehaw....
[Instrumental] ADAE ADAEA
[Verse 2] AD Well that music's gettin' louder as my heart keeps beatin' faster AE And she spells out regret in perfect time AD Well I thought I wanted freedom but that ball and chain I need 'em AEA But when you choose sometimes you lose the prize
[Chorus] AD And she's got the rhythm and I got the blues AE And she's showin me how much I had to lose ADE With her every little move she's telling me I'm over you AEA She's got the rhythm and I got the blues ADE With her every little move she's telling me I'm over you AEA She's got the rhythm and I got the blues
