Four years of hard work! This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!
This is exactly the pitch Adam Young sings at and it can be played with the track :) . NO CAPO for the original but you can apply one to suit your vocal range :). You need to tune the guitar half step down BUT alternately you can leave it and Transpose the chords by selecting HALFSTEPDOWN on the TRANSPOSE drop down menu above ^^^^^^ and this should give you the riff of A# F Gm D# etc...
BF#AbmE I'm tired of waking up in tears BF#AbmE 'Cause I can't put to bed these phobias and fears BF#AbmE I'm new to this grief I can't explain BF#AbmE But I'm no stranger to the heartache and the pain
F#AbmBE The fire I began is burning me alive F#AbmEF# But I know better than to leave and let it die
CHORUS
BF#AbmE I'm a silhouette asking every now and then BF#AbmE "Is it over yet? Will I ever feel again?" BF#AbmE I'm a silhouette chasing rainbows on my own C#mF#BAbmE But the more I try to move on, the more I feel alone C#mF#B So I watch the summer stars to lead me home
VERSE 2
I'm sick of the past I can't erase A jumble of footprints and hasty steps I can't retrace The mountain of things I still regret Is a vile reminder that I would rather just forget (no matter where I go)
The fire I began is burning me alive But I know better than to leave and let it die
I'm a silhouette asking every now and then (now and then) "Is it over yet? Will I ever smile again?" I'm a silhouette chasing rainbows on my own But the more I try to move on, the more I feel alone C#mF# (do not play E here) So I watch the summer stars to lead me home
AbmBEF# AbmB 'Cause I walk alone EF# No matter where I go AbmB 'Cause I walk alone EF# No matter where I go AbmB 'Cause I walk alone EF# No matter where I go
Then BF#AbmE to the end
I'm a silhouette asking every now and then (now and then) "Is it over yet? Will I ever love again?" I'm a silhouette chasing rainbows on my own But the more I try to move on, the more I feel alone So I watch the summer stars to lead me home
