Four years of hard work! This month of May we celebrated four years on the air. We continue working on the dissemination of this wonderful instrument, thank you for participating in our story!
Am Down by the lake We were overturning pebbles G And upending all the animals alight Am And I took a drag From your cigarette and pinched it Tween my finger and my thumb G Till it died AmG And the sun burned low on the radio Am Say that you will Say you will or will you won't Or you whatever you prevaricate G Your whole life don't you Am This much I can say I would've waited till the oceans Fell Away and all the sunken cities G Would reveal themselves to you Am But you won't will you G Because you never do Am And the sun burned through G Sweet as honeydew Em And I DC Seventeen and terminally fey BmAm I wrote it down and threw it all away C Never gave a thought to what I'd paid Em And you DC Sibylline reclining in your pew BmAm You tattered me you tethered me to you C The things you would and wouldn't do G To tell the truth I never had a clue
AmG
Am Now we arise To curse those young suburban villains G And their ill-begotten children from the lawn Am Come to me now And on this station wagon window Set the ghost of your two footprints G That they might haunt me when you're gone Am And when the light broke dawn G You were forever gone Am But I remember you you were full G You were full and sweet as honeydew Em And I DC Seventeen and terminally fey BmAm I wrote it down and threw it all away C And never gave a thought to what I paid EmDC And you all sibylline reclining in your pew BmAm You tattered me you tethered me to you C The things you would and wouldn't do G You noticed how I never had a clue Never had a clue You were full and sweet as honeydew You were full and sweet as honeydew
