Lou Reed (March 2, 1942 - October 27, 2013) was an American rock artist originally from Brooklyn, New York, USA. Especially while a member of the The Velvet Underground in the 1960s, Reed broke new ground for the rock genre in several important dimensions, introducing more mature and intellectual themes to what was then considered a largely simplistic genre of music.
In 1964 Reed moved to New York City and began working as an in-house songwriter for Pickwick Records.

GD And You know, I don't think it's nice DEm Asking one man about another man's vice Em I don't care if you pick my head - A As long as we end up in bed ADADADAD Alone Just the two of us alone
GD I just didn't know DEm I swear to God I just didn't know GD Can't you understand that it's frightening DEm When you hear women talking about castrating DAmDAmDAmDAm and hating men Who wants to know about how you hate men
