Pretty in Pink Psychedelic Furs
Previous versions of the chords for this brilliant song have the verse as D C G A, which is fine
if you have a bass player to turn your G into Em7 for the first half of the measure by thumping out
the E bass and then walking up to the G, or to add in the C natural bass into the A for the second
half of the measure. I play unaccompanied, so I play the full chords with the bass notes. If you
have any doubt about them, check out the bass tabs, and listen to the original to hear those
changes: the C natural is especially satisfying: you can play an A major with a C bass, but for
unaccompanied guitar, I prefer a full C major, which is what I've written in here!

For the F# chords, reach your little finger over for the 4th fret on D string(barre the E and B
strings))I only hit all four strings (including the high E string) on the first beat of the change
of chord, and strum the other three strings throughout, so there's a nice separation of the riff
from the rhythm.
