The Collingsworth Family sings this song with a few key changes a bit hard to play with guitar alone.
How they sing it is: Bb in first verse and chorus then to Ab in second verse and bridge then finish in A.
I'm not able to do this, so I play in G, with a capo on 1st to make it Ab, for the whole first verse to bridge,
then I roll the capo up to the second fret and play in G when its really A.
KEY: G (First Fret - Ab)

VERSE 1:
G
When the storm raged about them
D Em
The disciples were afraid
C G Em
For the waves were high and the ship was tossed

Saying "Lord please save us now!"
C G Em
He rebuked the winds and the sea grew calm

And they all wondered how
G D C
God sees the storm from the other side
Am D
He knows the lessons learned
C D G D
And just beyond the clouds He sees clear skies
G D
He speaks peace to the raging storm
C
When peace cannot be found
Am D C D G
He already sees the rainbow when we see only clouds
` G
Like the man on the sea did
D Em
I have called on God in prayer
C G Em
When it seemed to me all hope was gone
Am D
And in my deep despair
G
I remembered what the Lord said
C G
When He calmed that troubled sea
C G
And I know once more how He sees the storm
Am D
And peace floods over me
G D C
God sees the storm from the other side
Am D
He knows the lessons learned
C D G D
And just beyond the clouds He sees clear skies
G D
He speaks peace to the raging storm
C
When peace cannot be found
Am D C D G
He already sees the rainbow when we see only clouds
Em C G
And when the storms of life come crashing in and trouble me
C G Am
I can feel God’s arms around me and He whispers
D
Let it be,
KEY CHANGE:A - Stay in G (Capo on 2nd fret)
D

G D C
Oh! God sees the storm from the other side
Am D
He knows the lessons learned
C D G D

He speaks peace to the raging storm

When peace cannot be found

He already sees the rainbow...

When we see only clouds
