Georg Albert Ruthenberg (born August 5, 1959), better known by the stage name Pat Smear, is an American musician. He was a founding member of punk rock band the Germs, and was the touring guitarist for Nirvana from 1993-1994. Afterwards, he joined Dave Grohl as a guitarist in the Foo Fighters; he has since recorded four studio albums and a live album with the band.

This is the very last song Darby Crash, the singer of the Germs wrote before he died. Previously unrecorded, the guitarist, Pat Smear took the song and recorded it on his 1988 solo album, "Ruthensmear".
