Chords you will need: DACG Strumming pattern: Can be heard most easily in the very last 3 lines of the song where most instruments except guitar cuts out, so check that out!

DA I remember it like yesterday, kinda easy to recall C I wasn't taken, and I wasn't looking, DA Had no reason to even say hello at all
D But then this angel smiled at me, A And something about it stuck with me C I looked back and thought of what to say, DA But then I kept on walking the other way
D But the thought of you stayed on my mind A Now I think of that moment time after time CD I just wish I could press rewind so I could A If I had another chance to say D If I said hello, hello girl, Hello, hello girl A Coulda been your fellow, fellow for Fellow, fellow for that girl C Though it's over now for us, DA But I wish I could turn back the hands of time and say D If I said hello, hello girl, Hello, hello girl A Coulda been your fellow, fellow for Fellow, fellow for that girl C Though the moment's passed for us but girl, DA What if I said hello
D Now I often think about what could have been, A After what happened we'd have probably been crackin, C I coulda been your man, you woulda been my girl (uh) DA We woulda been sharing, everything in my world now
D They say nothing fails but a try, A But I didn't try, so I let ya slip by CDA Ohhh but you got away, and I can't stop thinking bout that day
D And now the thought of you stays on my mind A 'Cause girl I think of that moment time after time CD I just wish I could press rewind so I could A If I had another chance to say
D If I said hello, hello girl, Hello, hello girl A Coulda been your fellow, fellow for Fellow, fellow for that girl C Though it's over now for us, DA But I wish I could turn back the hands of time and say D If I said hello, hello girl, Hello, hello girl A Coulda been your fellow, fellow for Fellow, fellow for that girl C Though the moment's passed for us but girl, DA What if I said hello
GA Wherever you are, whatever your doing girl C I could be with you, you could be with me A We'd be so happy, baby What if I said hello
DA I remember it like yesterday, very easy to recall C I wasn't taken, and I wasn't looking, DAD But girl, what if I said hello...
*Apologies if any of the lyrics are incorrect, I wrote them out myself by ear, and may have misheard a word or two. But for the most part, the lyrics should be all correct I believe.
