We pray for His vicar, our father, and Rome.
Ave, ave, ave, Maria! Ave, ave, Maria!
Immaculate Mary or Immaculate Mother is a Roman Catholic Marian prayer.
Also known as the Lourdes Hymn, sung in honour of the Immaculate Conception
of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It was written by Abbe Gaignet to a traditional
French tune and is used principally at the shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes.
If sung for a non-Catholic service, check with your pastor if this works for
your denomination or non-denomination.
