Manuella Brecko conocida artísticamente como ManuElla (n. Celje, Eslovenia, 31 de enero de 1989) es una cantante, compositora, músico e ingeniera eslovena. De genero pop, rock y country pop. Tras lograr la victoria en la final de la selección nacional "EMA 2016", es la nueva representante1 de Eslovenia en Festival de la Canción de Eurovisión 2016 en la ciudad de Estocolmo, con la canción titulada "Blue and red" (en español: "Azul y Rojo") que será cantada en inglés.
